I am a alcoholic and used also to consume gutka but from 3 days I was suffering from little bit stomach pain so will it be cancer or may I develop cancer my mouth is also white patch formed so m tensed kindly suggest me proper treatment.

I used Rexidin M forete gel containing Metronidazole more than one tube for 7 days unknowingly and they have warned that Metronidazole is carcinogenic in rats should not be used unnecessarily, hence does it has impact on me? Please help... Thank you

My 69 year old mother's biopsy report says SPECIMEN Cores from right lung lesion Sample tissue 3 linear tissue, largest measure 1.5 cm. All embedded. MICROSCOPIC FEATURES: Section shows moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma with acinar pattern. IHC carried out on block 174/23 shows the lesional cells are positive for TTF1 and are negative for ALK1(D5F3,Ventana) and ROS1(SP 384,Ventana) Please tell does my mother has cancer or not?? If she has then is it curable or not?? What is the treatment??
