Brain and Spine Problems

All test has been done.  MTB positive and sensitive to 1st line. And culture is also done. Pus aspiration is done very small as thick pus. June 2022:  pus  size 125 ml. Dec  2022 : pus size 97ml Oct 2023: pus size 80ml I am taking medicine for brain and spine tb. My recent mri , Brain is completely cured. And spine pus has reduced to 80 ml. I am taking medicine for 21 months. Dr is saying continue medicine for another 6 months. Question: pus will go completely with medication? Though it's reducing slowly. Please guide me 🙏

I have been diagnosed for spinal tb I have started taking the medication.. it's been 5 weeks now but the pain is getting worse it's spreading to the legs now finding difficult to stand and walk..I am a breastfeeding mother can't take painkillers taking dolo thrice to manage pain but hardly any use please suggest Also is there a way to consult single doctor for spine pain and tb medication process as my doctors are different for spine and tb medicines.

My neck muscles feels tight, my head feels heavy in front with some pressure on my upar nose area and around eyes .. random movements sometime causes some balance dizziness issues

I went to the barber shop yesterday to have my hair cut...after hair cut he massaged my head and cracked my neck...after massage my head was paining as he has used a little too much force.today morning I am suffering from light cold and there is stiffness in upper back as well pain in left ankle ..I'm feeling lethargic...is it related to me suffering from light cold or due to some after effects of massage..is got myself in some nerve damaga

For the last 3 months I have been feeling a blood rush in my thighs while riding my bike and sitting in the office. While sitting at home and other places I don't feel this rush. No swelling in any part of the body. Mild aches at times in the buttock and groin area. At the start it started with low back pain, but now relieved that. Unable to sit in the office for a longer period feels discomfort/mild burning sensation at both sides of the hip.

I am having headache since 5 days and its not getting better even after taking PCM or nimulid. Sometimes its in the whole head and sometimes its in the eyebrows and headcrown It increases as i start working on the laptop Kindly suggest me some medicine to get rid of the headache.

Had vertigo and anxiety treated with cinnarzine and 0.5 clonezepam and when dosage is completed i started to feel shivering in hands and how to overcome it

The pain starts from neck, when the pain increases it moves towards my hand, sometimes it moves towards my right hand and sometimes it moves towards left hand, I also feel shoulder pain when I Sit for too long. My MRI report - IMPRESSION- 1. Posterior disc bulge at c5/c6 level abutting the exiting nerve root on both side. 2. Chronic schmorl's node along superior and inferior vertebral end plate of D11 vertebral body.

I felt dizzy last one year ..I have miner problem in C-5-c-6 and c-6 c-7.two month back I have radiopathic pain in left hand ...I was used vartin and gabapine...when I'm doing walking and exercise l feel dizzy sensation...now there is no problem expect dizzy ..always I'm feel dizzy

Whenever i encounter a fear thought, i resist and feel good and i feel my front part of brain is working most efficiently to avoid the thought and next time i suddenly doubt myself what if my front part of brain stops working and the very next moment it happens exactly like that and i cant resist the same thought again and again and this is causing me extreme anxiety.I cant find a solution to this problem.Please help me!😔
