Brain and Spine Problems

My sister, is not behaving properly., also don't listen to any family member. She always create some sort of secne in the family and in front of neighbours. She do not even listen to mom or dad and always says u people are my enemy. From past 6-7 months. Used to cry sometimes at night after waking up from sleep. And says i want to leave the house. What kind of problem is this... please help...
