Brain and Spine Problems

Hi.. I have a peculiar condition. I get occasional, sharp pin prick like pain on the soles of my feet. Each episode lasts for no more than 5 seconds at max- and happens only at night when I am asleep. I  have gotten up many times to check for any insect bites.. but never found any. What could be the cause? Notably, I underwent angioplasty in April 2022, but the condition I have mentioned is much older. Also to add that I have been on Metformin 500 and Olmertime / Losartan 20 for around 15 years now. Thanks!!

I got my 1st siezer at age of 25. The EEG and MRI of brain both the results are normal. Blood test shows some B12 and calcium deficiency.what could be the reason of my siezer? In order to prevent this what should i do? Is it because of stress? I am having of taking stress for small small things.

Greetings! Just since yesterday, I feel like my head is spinning and feels like I'll fall when I'm walking. It feels the same when I'm walking, sitting, or sleeping. My eyes feel strained, and my body feels weak. What could be the reason? Please advise.

Hello I have had this kind of pain Twice or thrice There is sudden sharp pain and it subsides in neck area Is it muscle or nerves . I overthink a lot so I worry if that sharp could lead to stroke . I can't do bone consultation please any advice is appreciated.The hand point is where sharp pain happens and goes .

My doctor has prescribed me modafinil for excessive sleep but it causes me very nauseous. I have also given with gastro resistant capsule but it also doesnt work. Is there any better alternative of modafinil and armodafinil.

Any part of my body and face suddenly becomes numb, And sometimes it lasts a long time.Currently, my left hand ring finger and small finger have been numb for about a week.This problem sometimes occurs in the skin of the mouth, nose and sometimes in half of the face.

My father was taking Phenytal50 tablet daily as suggested by general physician. But this tablet seems banned for sale. Treating doctor suggested Geroin tablet instead if that, but that also banned. Which tablet is good alternate for this? Is there correct alternate tablet for this? Please suggest.

Past one week face itching and severe headache and nausea .I suffer from anything else or anything serious

I have on and off headaches for last 15 days it started with pulsating feeling in back of head. These headaches are not severe but dull headaches and along with that I feel numbness in palm and feet and weakness in legs. I have brain and cervical spine MRI 6 months back. It was all normal. Can it be brain tumor ? I am scared
