Heaviness in head from last 2 days , mild headache around temple and entire head , heaviness in head feels more towards neck and backside of head. Symptoms started 3 days back

Dull headache from last one month which comes and goes , triggered by little stress , reduced after taking naxdom 500 but head heaviness is persisting from neck mostly back side little balance issue , pressure 140/90 , taking hypertensive medication

Hi, I have migraine headache problem for many years. I am also social drinker where i consume alcohol couple of weeks once or monthly once. I am experiencing migraine headache next day after having alcohol recently. Earlier I was not having this problem. I never drink more 2 or 3 rounds. Yesterday I had 60 to 80ml alcohol. But still I have headache today morning. I also drink only imported drinks(whiskey). Do I need to consult?
