Brain and Spine Problems

I am on nexito 15mg and occasionally takes etizest 0.25mg. Today very weird things happened, I live in North India where currently it has chilling winters. Due to some neck stiffness I put cold pack 15 min each on both neck sides and back of neck. Was lying in just shorts and suddenly after removing ice pack I felt shivering and it was so intense that I thought of being admitted to hospital at night only. The shivering was not stopping and I took etizest 0.25mg and after 20mins walking in a room of heater it settled down. What was that, I was very much normal before the ice pack.

Hello Doctor, I am experiencing severe mental stress due to my current work situation. My role was changed suddenly with only one day of training, yet I was expected to deliver 100% accuracy. I am the only earning member of my family, which has made this pressure overwhelming. My manager has been harassing me about performance and threatening a PIP. I raised an HR complaint, after which I was advised to take medical leave and then leave the organization. I am experiencing anxiety, mental numbness, shivering, body pain, cold sensations, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. Please advise on diagnosis, treatment, and whether medical leave is recommended. Thank you.

I had good memory power before 8 - 10 years. But now I am really struggling to recall my memory and most of the memories are fading from my brain. I have a crystal clear memory on things and events before 10 years. But now this memory loss is affecting my work and daily life. Is there any real and permanent solution for this issue. How is this medicine for myoclonic jerks and head tingling due to anxiety ? Nexito Forte by sun pharma ( clonazepam (0.5 mg) and escitalopram (10 mg) ). OR lonazep 0.5mg ( clonazepam 0.5mg) . Which one is better .? Any addiction or withdrawal symptoms ? Pls advise . Note : Am also taking high BP medicine recently 1 tablet a day. Corbis 2.5 which is Bisoprolol Fumarate (2.5 mg)

I have been having this problem for almost one year. I feel heaviness and tightness in my eyes with discomfort while opening them, as if my eyes don’t want to stay open. Earlier it used to happen mainly when I was sitting idle, but now it has started happening even while I am working or active. The episodes come randomly sometimes for 1-5 min in a day , sometimes it remains for hrs and then stop then again happen..most noticeable for me is after bathing in morning.. When I feel heaviness in my eyes and then forcefully keep my eyes open for a long time, I start feeling head heaviness and dizziness. I also feel excessive daytime sleepiness. There is no double vision. Eye check-up and CT scan were normal. My blood tests sugar, thyroid ,uric acid ,vitamins all are okay except for low d3 levels..Wind and cold water splash on my face gives some relief. The problem is not constant but keeps recurring somedays it's less somedays it keeps getting worse.

I am having neck pain which goes into my left shoulder and left arm i recently did a M R I and usg which both came normal i having frequent headache and fell of pulpitations in my heart

My husband is 55 years old and from the past 1 week he is suffering from left sided neck to head pain and around the ears even we went to doctor and they give some medication but it is of no use the pain is unbearable and he is unable to turn his head towards the left side can you please suggest a treatment thank you

Hello sir, I am 18 years old. I had a head injury 10 years ago and had a brain CT scan done at that time. Two months ago, I had another CT scan done due to head pain, and the report is normal. I have had two brain CT scans in my life, one at the age of 8 and another at 18. I am worried that the radiation from the CT scans might cause cancer or brain tumor in the future. Please tell me how many chances for brain cancer or tumor in the future ?

My legs are in pain and the base of the foot are burning. Also feel numbness in the hand and legs. And back is paining
