Hello Doctor,
I am experiencing severe mental stress due to my current work situation. My role was changed suddenly with only one day of training, yet I was expected to deliver 100% accuracy. I am the only earning member of my family, which has made this pressure overwhelming.
My manager has been harassing me about performance and threatening a PIP. I raised an HR complaint, after which I was advised to take medical leave and then leave the organization.
I am experiencing anxiety, mental numbness, shivering, body pain, cold sensations, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. Please advise on diagnosis, treatment, and whether medical leave is recommended.
Thank you.
