Brain and Spine Problems

I am experiencing severe pulsating headache in my head since about 10 years now. They come and go once in a while, sometimes within a week or two. It becomes impossible to carry out daily activities with such severe pain. My eyes area also starts paining and I have to literally pound my first on my head to get relief because any medicine, balm or normal massage does not ease any pain. I feel like something in pulsing inside like a heart pumps. I am assuming it to be a migraine since a long time but I am afraid, of there is anything else. Please help me .

Almond one and half year back I suffered head injury (not major) it didn't hurt much that time but after a month I started having headache which is still continuing.. pls suggest me some medicine

Stretching increases the pain drastically. Daily activities- Not working (job), no running or sports Doctor asked to do strengthening exercises because they think it is due to weak muscles. But even after 6 months of exercises under physio guidance, pain is still there. Doctor then asked to stop physiotherapy completely as it increases the pain. Medicines tried on and off for months - Duloxetine, Pregabalin, Desvexlafine

Chief Complaint: Daily dizziness and weakness with episodic muscle stiffness and slurred speech. History of Present Illness: I have had episodic attacks since birth. During attacks, I develop sudden muscle stiffness and feel unable to move properly. My speech becomes slurred. I also experience frontal headache, dizziness, and nausea / vomiting sensation. Each episode lasts approximately 3–4 hours and occurs more commonly in the morning. Recently, I have been experiencing weakness and dizziness almost every day. During dizzy episodes, my blood pressure fluctuates and becomes either low or high. Past Evaluation: MRI brain was reported as normal. I was evaluated by a neurologist and prescribed Diamox, but there was no improvement. Family History: My father has similar symptoms. Concerns: Looking for proper diagnosis and further evaluation as symptoms are persistent and affecting daily life.

I had accidentally rubbed my front part of my head to tap in bathroom forcefully yesterday around 5pm,part got swollen right after the hit. But today there is no swelling, but while press the part,I can feel the pain.while pressing the area I feel the dizziness also . Dizziness is only while pressing . Could it be any serious concerns.
