Is this dr biswas good health capsule is bad ? After taking this tablet have seeing lots of side effects

My 3 year old girl often complains of leg pain since she started talking. I am giving her a balanced diet including non veg but no change in her pain. I need to know if there are any superfoods or ayurvedic medicine that could help her increase calcium and vitamin d and reduce her pain. I feel so bad whenever she cries during the night. Could someone please share suggestions

I'm feeling nausea and loss of appetite since 2 days along with anxiety. And whenever I eat something I feel severe acid reflux or as if it's taking alot of time to digest the food.

The have problem of social anxiety from childhood. Even going to shop for buying something used to be very fearful and stressful event for me. I am always very self conscious around people and always have thought that everybody is judging me and that too negatively. Even making eye contact with strangers seems difficult. With time the it has eased but me not able to speak with people. , going my blank and inability to express myself are really affecting my life personally and professionally.

I have external pile since few years but didn't had any issues. From last few weeks it has became very painful as I can't even sit properly. I do not want to go for surgery I need cure from medicine.

Hello, I had gallbladder surgery 6 months ago( Laparoscopic cholecystectomy) there was a stone in my gallbladder but now I am in some pain. After that I got an ultrasound and LFT test done. It was found that my liver is swollen and my liver is fatty. Plz suggest ,can i take liv 52 or something else. Thank you!!
