I am having cough cold and fever. i am breasyfeed to my 5 month baby Can I take giloy juice, 30ml twice a day? Will it harm my baby in any way?

Hi Dr. I am having low AMH and 2 history of abortions. I am having IVF in 2 weeks and I have been given Phalasarpis capsule by a doctor but he asked me to take 5 tablets(3 in evening and 2 in morning). Can you pls tell if this is high dosage? Or can you tell the right dosage. I am also taking other English medicines like CoQ10,DHEA, Omega 3, multivitamin etc... so pls tell a right dosage of Phalasarpis.

Moms age :59 I was having medication for acidity , severe burping , ibs , dyspepsia , and severe flatulence . Over time the acidity and burping is to a much lesser extent but due to Gerd and severe acid reflux I started developing cough . I also have allergic cold with occasional nose blockage and chest congestion . With these two issues u have been having persistent cough over 3 years . Initially for one year it was only while I ate the fir 1st morsel of food where I would feel choked later it has been consistent .it is very severe in the night as i have cervical spondylitis I do not take a pillow but lately have started using a sift pillow . It is dry continuous cough day and night and persistent leaving my stomach and back hurting . Attached is xray report Plz help. Wil be obliged 🙏

I'm facing issue of incomplete bowel movement, and also having bowel moment at odd times not in morning, even after passing stool I feel like still bowel is not empty, after eating anything it causes gas bloating and flatulence and later need to poop, someone suggested Triphala churna and other english medicine laxative, it just makes stool soft , but still I face issue of incomplete bowel movement, when bowels are clear I have less symptoms of gas and bloating , had few tests like endoscopy and colonoscopy in past everything was normal.

My father creat is 8.4 Having swelling in both feet and in left hand . Too much weakness and pain in movement , getting up and down.
