Genital herpes, linked to Pitta and Rakta imbalance in Ayurveda, can be managed effectively to reduce outbreaks and boost immunity. Here's a brief guide: Ayurvedic Remedies: Mahamanjishthadi Kashayam: 15–20 ml twice daily for blood detox. Guduchi Satva: 500 mg twice daily to boost immunity. Chandraprabha Vati: 1–2 tablets twice daily for genito-urinary health. Praval Pishti: 250 mg twice daily with honey for cooling. Triphala Churna: 1 tsp at bedtime for detox. External Applications: Aloe Vera Gel: Apply fresh gel for cooling relief. Neem Oil: Prevents secondary infections. Yashtimadhu Paste: Soothes and has antiviral properties. Diet & Lifestyle: Favor Pitta-pacifying foods (coconut water, greens). Avoid spicy, sour, and oily foods. Manage stress with yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Drink turmeric or ashwagandha tea for immunity. Panchakarma (Optional): Virechana: Detoxifies excess Pitta. Raktamokshana: Purifies blood.
