What is the ideal dosage for someone with fatty liver grade II?? We are taking no other medicines but only this supplement and vit e tablet.

Started hearing issue for last 4 months  eventhough hearing aid is not helpful, can hear it somehow but couldn't understand quickly.

I was diagnosed with unruptured rt ovarian cyst along with some inflammation of bladder due to infection during USG. I was given antibiotics and hormonal medicines too before for the same case and it happened to me again. So what ayurvedic medicines can help me to cure it permanently? Since it has really taken a toll on me mentally and I've been dealing already with alot of emotional stress too due to daily routine that must be causing it too..but no one helped me to cure it from the root. So help me.

I have bloating evening time and in morning. I have complete lower back and upper back pain.constipation alsoMedicine taking Ashwagandharista, Arogyavardhini after meal.bed time castor oil. Empty stomach Kamdudha, Mahasankh vati,mulethi but bloating and back pain still there. Sometime leg pain also. I have shown many professor ayurvedic doctor. Every doctor says in hospital or outside. You start treatment from me. But no relief.

I am having white discharge from many years, after taking antibiotics it reduces; and then again starts. Its continuous regularly , as a result I am losing weight and feeling tired too. Please suggest permanent cure

My routine stool examination returned mostly normal results except for 'acidic' under reaction where the standard value is given as alkaline. What herbs/formulations can I take to remedy this? I'm already taking ppi and sucral for GERD heartburn, which has been there for a couple of days now.

Dear Sir, My father, age 71 is on ILD medication with allopathy. This was diagnosed after covid infection in 2021. His condition is stable so far, taking anti-fibrotic drug, Nintedanib 100 mg bd, Serommune 500 bd and steroid 4 mg OD. I want to know if there are any good treatment plan and herbal supplements to manage ILD in Ayurveda? Can ayurvedic medicines/herbal supplements be taken along with allopathic medicines?
