Leg pain in 3 years kid
My 3 year old girl often complains of leg pain since she started talking. I am giving her a balanced diet including non veg but no change in her pain. I need to know if there are any superfoods or ayurvedic medicine that could help her increase calcium and vitamin d and reduce her pain. I feel so bad whenever she cries during the night. Could someone please share suggestions

The leg pain your daughter is experiencing could have multiple causes, including deficiencies, growth spurts, or other underlying factors. Ayurvedic Suggestions: •Ashwagandha milk: Add a pinch of Ashwagandha powder in warm milk; it helps strengthen bones and muscles. •Bala Taila massage: Gently massage her legs daily with Bala Tailam to relieve muscle pain and improve blood circulation. •Calcium & Vitamin D foods: Include ragi, sesame seeds, amla, dates, almonds, and ghee in her diet. Sunlight exposure early in the morning is also beneficial.
Next Steps
Important Tests: It would be helpful to consult a pediatrician for tests like: • Serum CalciumVitamin D levels • Complete Blood Count (CBC) to rule out deficiencies or infections.
Health Tips
Please consult a pediatric Ayurvedic physician or child specialist for a detailed assessment and personalized treatment plan. If symptoms persist, further diagnostic evaluation may be required.
