My daughter who is 12 years old  suffering from prolonged periods. She is taking Ayapon tablets,  Lodhrasavam for the past two days.still now bleeding not stopped? When will the Ayurvedic medicine starts to  work?

My daughter had been using Ayurvedic medicine for prolonged periods since 4 days.still her period has not stopped.how many days does Ayurvedic medicine takes to work?

Diagnosed with 'liver parenchyma shows marginally hypoechoic in echo texture' in usg, tests Hbsag, anti hv negative, billirubin high (total-1.5, direct-0.6, indirect-0.9), yellow urine sometimes, pain in liver area, Please suggest. Images attached.
