I am taking giloy vati 2 tab 2 times daily from 6 months for boosting immunity. I have diagnosed with covid 19 and diabetes in September 2020. Please advise should I continue taking Patanjali giloy ghanvati tablet and doses are correct.

I was having isabhagol from past 30-40 days 2 tps with warm water to avoid constipation and cure piles... My piles are almost fine But now i have noticed that i am having undigested stools and body pain.. Are these side effects of isabhagol? If yes please tell how to rectify this🙏

I have allergic Rhinitis and nasal polyps as mentioned by my ENT doctor. He has given me nasal steroids. Can Ayurveda cure my problem? I don't want to take antibiotics or steroids for my problem. I have recurring allergies and I lose smell when I stop taking steroids or antibiotics. My symptoms are : runny nose, sneezing, loss of smell, wet and dry nose both.
