Giloy juice vs. tablet
I started baidthnath giloy juice for immmunity but i observed it is helping even to control my BP . Have 2 questions on it 1) shall I continue giloy juice or tablet form is better? 2) Ayurved suggest to take giloy empty stomach but baidthnath juice mention on lablel to take it post meal. Which is better?

Motion sickness solved by puffed rice
Whenever I ride on bus and car nausea and vertigo feeling. So I consulted a ayurvedic doctor and he advised to take puffed rice daily and it will cure my problem. Is it right ??? I have no digestive problems. So ginger , elachi , clove , cinamon don't work. Puffed rice really will cure my problem ??? I am 27 years old male.

Pain in ear/cheekbone
I've been experiencing pain in my left ear and sometimes near the jaw close to cheekbone when I stretch my mouth for yawning, brushing or sneezing. It doesn't hurt a lot but it's abnormal. There is no swelling that I see or feel in the ear or cheekbone. Please advise.
