Good day, My father aged 65 yrs has high Bp and takes allopathic medicine for same and mother aged 62 has low BP. They have been taking Cornonil tablets as preventive measure on a daily basis.Is it safe to do so because I read online that ashwagandha which is one of the constituents alters the blood pressure.What other ways they can increase their immunity?

Hi Doctors, I have irregular delayed period problems and as per dr prescription am taking alose compound 2 tabs twice/day and M2 tone 15ml twice day and saraswatirishtra twice a day to control my prolactin and regulation of period.I have not got period but observing am gaining so much weight actually almost 4kgs.Can you please help me.Does this medicines are okay for my treatment .Am already overweight and increasing weight after taking this medicine.please help.
