My son has started taking Ashwagandha capsules from patanjali for better concentration mental and physical strength and good sleep.please let us know if there are any side effects .how much he should take and till when and with water or any other liquid.

I have kidney stone issue since long on and off it keep coming and going recently I notice my right lower abdomen pain with back pain while passing urine can it b due to copper water that I m drinking whole day bcz it's been 2 years I didn't had any stone issue

I was detected with severe hypertension in march end. At that time I had my bp around 200/100. So, from April, I am taking 2 allopathic medicines Amlong MT 5/25 and Telma H 40/12.5 once a day.. Recently I was having nerves problem also, there was tingling sensations in my legs. I had Vit D deficiency also. So apart for my bp medications I am taking Nuhenz D, pregabid NT, tryptomer 10 and calcigen D3. I wanted to switch to Ayurvedic medicines. Please tell me which medicines should I take, and can I continue with my allopathic too?
