I was detected with severe hypertension in march end. At that time I had my bp around 200/100. So, from April, I am taking 2 allopathic medicines Amlong MT 5/25 and Telma H 40/12.5 once a day..
Recently I was having nerves problem also, there was tingling sensations in my legs. I had Vit D deficiency also. So apart for my bp medications I am taking Nuhenz D, pregabid NT, tryptomer 10 and calcigen D3.
I wanted to switch to Ayurvedic medicines.
Please tell me which medicines should I take, and can I continue with my allopathic too?
