I have been suffering from acid reflux and cough for a long time, so what is the Ayurvedic remedy for this?

I'm taking arjuna 1 g daily for good heart health and stamina. My question is can arjuna be taken long term daily? How much dosage can be safely taken per day and can it cause any side effects in long time usage(many years)

Can i use ashwagandha for weight gain? And if yes plz suggest me how to take it fpr gain weight and how much days will take for weight gain?

I use one face pack for my skin besan+ neem+ tarmaric+ lemon... With this get good results.. But Dr said that don't use leman use rose water... For a week I use rose water instead of leman after my Fluffynes in face n nack is as it is... Which decrease with lemon... So what can I do.. Is use of lemon give any side...???
