He stopped sugar completely and also processed food aiming for reduce weight. Can i give bhumi amalaki tablets along with this Which brand is best suggest me please and how can use??

Have recurrent uti last 5years.each time some different strain of bacteria their. Few questions:-'1) resistance increasing very few % of total oral medicine is sensitive in latest culture 2) so is this same old bacteria which came in earlier culture and change mutation or new exposure fresh one how to know same 3) if sensitive of earlier culture is repeated in new culture but few sensitive now turned resistance and antibiotics resistance of earlier culture 100% is resistances in new culture means same bacteria change mutation.and this time new few sensitive medicine earlier now become resistance since same bacteria was their in body for few years n it's has developed ways to.fight antibiotics? That way this work? 4) every new culture has new bacteria means most of old bacteria died 100% died or partially only.it dies and few bacteria remains 5) how to get rid of prostate infection?? Hello doctors, I am 26 years old, and I have a height of 5.3ft, weight around 61kg. I look lean and feel insecure in front of many. I eat a lot of foods but still, I look the same and don't look like I am a 26 year old boy. I assume that since, I have sickle cell trait, that's why I don't look fit and whatever I eat, doesn't increase my body mass. I have got a slightly increased belly fat due to long sitting, working hours of my software job. I have been taking a health supplement powder named "Shelcal Total" with milk after dinner. I was thinking of considering "Dhatupostik churna" but, not sure whether that's suitable for me or not. Could you please advise me of any ayurvedic medicine or formulation which I should take ? Stool becoming harder, during defecation it is straining with much pain, & high friction Also, mix blood is comming with stool, Although I intake warm water daily in sufficient amount, Sitz bath with beetadeen solution 2-3 times daily Chymoral forte tablet 2 times daily Lactitol syrup 2 times daily But stool not becoming softener , I have started normal simple fiber diet with roti, But stool becoming harder daily, Problem is blood mix comming with stool, Please give me best suggestion? How to cure it? Is there chances of reccurrance much?
