Tooth and Mouth Problems

What is the prescription and what is the medicine will I take to solve my problem please help me now

So let me clear something i have never smoked, tobacco,drugs or alcohol i have done none of them i am 17 I was just looking at my tongue cos my tongue looks really dirty even tho i am clean my gums and tongue has discoloration i was just looking at them when i see this small spot had some bleeding on it i touched and rubbed it alittle and it stopped.I took photos of my tongue and i just noticed a big weird hole like spot(i am pretty sure this whole spot wasn't bleeding it was a small spot)i know that tongues have lumps and bumps everywhere i will share pics to confirm if something's wrong about it except discoloration stripes on both sides Left-Right

Is there any other option available for crooked teeth and straightening of then without using braces?

Hi, I want to ask you if chronic high BP due to stress cause damage to blood vessels of pulp or make them burst resulting a dead tooth. I have been suffering chronic high stress for a few months due to some personal issues so, do I need to be worried about my tooth and its structures getting damaged by the BP?

Dear Sir, Iam 30 years old from last 2 days its seen a boil in gum in the end part of mouth. It is paining while chewing. Please help me to understand the problem.

It looks like extra muscle and there is swelling in gum, sometimes very painful and will bleed. Did scanning and nothing was found, local doctor advised to use ' metronidazole gel 1.5% w/w'. Used it for a week, no much change or difference. Please advice me the medication for this problem

Hi, I m 39 year old diabetic n have tooth pain since 5 days i have severe pain in cavity n have headache...my question is if i go for filling will it stop my cavity pain and headache for some months?? I dont want to get rid of teeth right now. Can filling stop cavity pain and headache which happens to me after every meal?
