Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been undergoing braces treatment for the last 4 years. I want an expert’s second opinion to confirm whether my progress is on track, if this duration is normal for my case, and how much longer the treatment may take. Please advise if any changes in plan are needed and what results I should realistically expect going forward.

Bleeding and Pain from Wisdom Teeth and bad breath. Any good toothpaste that can solve the problems ?

My son 6.5years old .His right upper second teeth were extracted in the past 5 months, with spacer . 2 days back his spacer was loose , the doc nearby placed it . Now there is again gum abscess where the tooth is extracted. Y the same teeth are keeping on infected even after removal. Plzz guide what as to be done next

And when I stop this comcort gel it appears again, recurrent As sometime buccal mucosa itching Not burning Sensation Please tell me solution or diagnosis I I'm very worried and anxious as I have past habit of tobacco chewing and smoking which was stop as 4 years ago

Right side wisdom tooth pain severe, teeth is visible one part only, rest teeth is inside gums and it's paining a lot, if i stop taking pain killer then pain increase rapidly. From two days it started paining. I am taking mobizox and augmentin625 starting today. Today morning, i observe that some blood strain is visible as well. Painkiller is only effective for 5 hrs and after that it started paining so i have to take another pill. Is tooth extraction possible from gums, is this major surgery or can be done with minimal pain. But i am afraid of taking so many pain killers tablets. What I should know before going for extraction, is dentist can able to do it BDS or specialist recommend for it? I am living in Electronic city phase 1 Bangalore.

During my root canal treatment I had bitten my cheek after the healing period when I looked into my cheek it had many white small spots on both sides . Consulted Dentist and dermatologist both said nothing to worry as its sebaceous glands which many of them have it showing up it will gradually fade . How can I resolve it .
