White spot in buccal mucosa
I have White spot and redness as well as black in my left buccal mucosa. White spot is rough as I touch bye tounge As I applied comcort gel then this white becomes smooth and slightly disappears. And when I stop this comcort gel it appears again, recurrent As sometime buccal mucosa itching Not burning Sensation Please tell me solution or diagnosis I I'm very worried and anxious as I have past habit of tobacco chewing and smoking which was stop as 4 years ago

Hello Nothing to worry It's just pigmentation Whitish part is the cheekbite which happens due to skin trapping between teeth we call it as linea alba
