Red spot in inner cheek
Having this red spot in cheek for 3 weeks and it fades if i stretch . No burning or pain . What could be the reason

It is most likely traumatic mucositis which is a normal thing nothing to worry.it happens due to cheek bite. There is nothing to worry about. It happens with most of the people but no one notices it.
Next Steps
1) You should brush twice a day but gently. 2) Rinse mouth every-time whenever you eat something. 3) Try to figure if your cheek is coming between your posterior teeth(pichy wale daant) while eating & try to avoid it. 5) Avoid hot, spicy, and hard things while eating . 5) Most importantly if you use Tobacco (i.e. whether smoked form or smokeless tobacco ) stop it. 6) And if you consume alcohol stop it only if there is pain or burning sensation on that spot.
