White spots on the inner cheeks are commonly due to frictional keratosis (cheek biting), mild irritation after dental treatment, or normal anatomical variations like Fordyce spots. These are usually harmless, painless, and seen in many adults. Maintain good oral hygiene and avoid cheek biting. If the spots change in size, color, or persist beyond a few weeks, a dental examination is advised for confirmation.
Hello,
These white spots on the inner cheeks are nothing to worry about, often due to mild irritation, cheek biting, or natural variations seen in many adults. Since there is no pain or burning, there’s nothing to worry about.
Just maintain good oral hygiene and avoid cheek biting. If they change or become painful, get them checked.
Take care.
