White spot in buccal mucosa
I have White spot and redness as well as black in my left buccal mucosa. White spot is rough as I touch bye tounge As I applied comcort gel then this white becomes smooth and slightly disappears. And when I stop this comcort gel it appears again, recurrent As sometime buccal mucosa itching Not burning Sensation Please tell me solution or diagnosis I I'm very worried and anxious as I have past habit of tobacco chewing and smoking which was stop as 4 years ago

That isn't serious . Sharp edges of your teeth needs to be smoothened to avoid such ulcer. Sometimes it's sharp edges or sometimes it's normal edges cutting inside tissue at the same place.

The picture provided shows a lot of pigmentation . The rough spot could be frictional keratosis due to mucosa rubbing over sharp teeth edges as there is definite evidence of attrition (grinding). Nevertheless,would advise visiting a dentist and getting clinic evaluation done .
