Hi I recently lost someone and the person had no diseases except gas and long burps due to it. He didnt eat outside food had no heart issues literally nothing. a night he complaint of gas/chest pain but after eno and acidity pills it went away. We found the same person lying unconscious and no more in this world on floor after few hours. What can be the cause of death? it looks like cardiac arrest but can someone please explain what must have happened?

Hi I had kshar sutra treatment for anala fissure 4 months ago. Doctor asked make sure to pass stool easily. I am taking care of everything. Sometimes stool is passing very freely. But sometimes suddenly midnight I am getting stomach pain like bloating like I have gas, and I should send it out side through motion hole. At that time I have feeling like urgent to pass stool, but I am straining but motion is not coming, because of straning my anus is paining at that time. Later after suffering from2 to 3 hours and with typical straining gas coming to outside with loose stool. That means stool is not hard. But my question is why I have to strain to pass the stool event my stool is very soft and smooth. Can any body tell me what is my problem

I'm taking acutret 40 mg daily, and since the dose has been increased from 30 to 40 mg I have been experiencing very bad constipation so much so that it hurts to pass stool, feels like I have a tear in my anal region
