I have gastric problem, digestive system is not good. Taking healthy diet even after not able to fresh everyday, now facing pain due to no poop since 3 days. I have to take Pet safa in every 3 - 4 days to empty the stomach. Confused to select the doctor

Since from 2 years I avoid to go to toilet 2 days 3 days only go once in 2 or e days is it major problem Now how to overcome it Digestion is not proper and growth is not happening all because of that

A week ago my belly was normal no fat but within a week it grew bigger all of a sudden....i even workout daily for 30 mins....im just confused weather i have bloating issue or anything else. My belly is not getting back to normal it's still fluffy. Any medicine I should take. But one thing I noticed that from the day my belly got big im passing too much gas. Please help me.

Sir mam Actually from yesterday night I am feelings again again that I have to pop but it happens also but not diarrhea type several times have to. Go now still pain but little but not like anything else pain.
