Have done 5 times endoscopy and once times sigmoidoscopy and many times usg in 6 years for  stomach i have  still abdominal pain and gas issue a lot but all result are normal .can it be concerning I am facing stomach burning some blood inside the stool and always stomach with gas .

I have been given cizaspa x tablet for IBS am still on breastfeeding my baby is 22 months old. Is it safe for me amd the baby? Kindly tell

I slept at night very nicely then also I feel sleepy all the day heaviness in the head and my stomach does not clear very nicely from past 1 week.

My eosinophils are at 10%, with a count of 617. I have rashes on my fingers, and while eating, I feel like there's a hair-like sensation stuck in my throat. Please guide me on what I should do and which medicines I should take. My weight is only 41 kg. After MDR TB, my weight has dropped a lot.

Hi my age 28 ...female mother of two ...last 2 days i feel there is small painful lump near by anus...which is outside only...when I poop it's very painful and itchy..also after poop very painful...is any problem please anyone explain me ...

1. Liver: Mild fatty changes. Normal size and enhancement. No focal lesions. 2. Gallbladder: Contracted with tiny gallstones (3–4 mm). No signs of infection (cholecystitis). 3. Bile Ducts: Mildly prominent common bile duct (CBD) and intrahepatic ducts. Likely age-related changes; no obstruction seen. Considering the age of the patient. Is it necessary to do a Endoscopic ultrasound? 4. Pancreas: Small simple cyst (14 x 16 x 17 mm) in the uncinate process. No worrisome features like solid parts or calcifications. Possibly a serous cyst (benign).

I got phylonephritis 2 years before and got treated for that and after that had continued pain throughout my right abdomen and leg. but after some months pain was gone. But on 16 Oct 2024 at midnight suddenly there was a severe pain in the lower right abdomen.Immediately did all tests including CT SCAN and MRI, all showing almost everything normal. Also did a blood test for LFT, RFT and CRP. So CRP was 28 and found total protein 5.5, albumin 2.5 , potassium 3.50, which is low.Visited multiple clinics and did multiple tests but most of them said it is muscle spasm.But now it has been 6 months and still the pain is same.Not able to find out what exactly it is. Also please check attached report.

My mother is suffering from nausea whenever she try to eat or drink water, she is also suffering from loss of appetite, constipation & sudden white watery stool. Kindly suggest
