My complex vocal tics which includes continuously mumbling of negative and obsene sentences are stopping even on risperidone 3 mg last time it was stopped but due to side effects i stopped it but now again started but it's not working

Hi dr I'm over thinking.. lot of dreams which not possible practically.. I want live in present.. feeling sad all the time.. I got that it's stupid.. lot of family past issues.. thinking now.. want to go away from them.. health issues.. n financial not fit.. can't go away from them.. becoming sudden rich n going away .. which is not possible now.. all the time weakness.. low bp.. leg pain.. orthostatc hypotension.. something unwell feeling inside.. just run away.. have kid .. I want to have healthy happy life with kid.. I just want to stop thinking .. live on present.. had post-mortem depression.. took 2 years ecitolopram.. n gastric issues.. all ok in may 2023.. after asking dr I stopped.. but 2024 slowly started.. now it's too much.. from 2 months taking homeopathy for anxiety.. can't talk with people feel afraid.don't want to go out.I love my kid.. I want live with him.afraid of death news.even if that person is unknown.sound irritating. And going for Consuling also no use.help me

Like sometime I go out my mind  Last night by mistake I took 6 or 7 tablets at one period of time of sertraline tablet 50 mg and around 4 or 5 tablet of Propranolol tablet  what reaction I can get in body like now my tounge is going very weird like 30 hours has past and i dont have any symptoms in body

If someone is taking inderal 10 mg twice a day how should they taper off taking 10 mg propanol one time a day or taking 5 mg propanol twice a day

So whenever there's an examination I feel an ounce of pain or something in my heart and stomach as I feel scared that I will fail in the examinations and because of this I am not able to sleep at night as I stay awake till 4 to 5 am due to the anxiety and being scare I am suffering plzzz consult me with some solutions

I was prescribed Dedep Plus and I have taken about one and a half tablets in total. After taking it, I started feeling headache, tiredness, heaviness in the head, and difficulty concentrating or reading letters on my mobile and in books. Because of these side effects, I stopped the tablet from yesterday. Since I am a working person, it’s becoming very difficult to focus on my work. Could you please advise how long it may take for these effects to go away and if I need to take any medicine or precautions to recover faster?

I am diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and MDD , The doc prescribed lithosun 300mg and Nexito 10 mg , I have a query is Lithosun 300 mg very dangerous because I have heard that it leads to kidney damage, and what amount of mg is high dose (is 300 mg considered as high dose)
