Hello Doctor, I was taking medicine for OCD under your guidance for about 1.2 years, and I had fully recovered. However, due to itching and rashes, I had to stop the medicine for about one month. Now I have started taking it again. Please tell me — will the symptoms come back as severely as they were in the beginning, or will they be mild or almost negligible this time? I am a 34-year-old woman. I had anxiety attacks a few months ago but now I’m mostly fine and not on any medication. My vitamin D3 level was less than 5 (I’m taking supplements now). Thyroid, other blood tests, and CT brain are normal. However, I still feel a cold sensation only in my head whenever I listen to music or think of emotional thoughts. I also feel fatigued, mentally tired, and sometimes forget simple words while talking.though I can remember them later. I spend most of my time indoors and often use my mobile phone and laptop for long periods. I don’t have this feeling at other times.Is it related to anxiety recovery or vitamin D deficiency? Is any treatment or lifestyle change needed?
