I have question I am taking betnaz tr20 tablet for pulse rate and anxiety if someone wants to taper does in 10 mg does any slow release tablet 10 mg available

If someone is taking inderal la 20 tablet for anxiety and high pulse rate than how should they taper as in 10 mg sustain propanol release tablet not come it comes in form of immediate release tablet so they should take twice a day or one time a day

I am suffering from OCD an anxiety from last 11 years in 2019 start psychiatric treatment I take clonazepam etizolam floxamine paroxetine for 5 years but these medicines make me fat and again and again my LFT SGPT and SGOT very high so I quit medicines last year but now i am again facing severe anxiety please tell me what can i do in this case

Hi I've been suffering from something unusual like some time when I breathe in there's sound of air or mucus moving in lower chest and same sound when eating spicey food. I've been a smoker since 3 years and I've physically active. is it anxiety or something else. I also get numbness and high heart rate and foggy blurry vision. Is it anxiety or some serious lung and heart related issue.

Can I take spirulina I have sleeping issues and iron deficiency? Are there any side effects? Is spirulina better in tablet form or powder?

I am suffering from urine infection (pus cells 30) , and asthma and allergy. Somehow a combination of meds triggered uncontrollable shaking. Was given petril at emergency for shaking stop, then clonazopam 0.25. After that I started to have wierd visions usually when I will shake and go to washroom. Was given buxpran xl 150 but that lead to more shaking and visions and washrooms. Was given saline for dehydration. Finally I am taking vozran 20 before breakfast, after breakfast inlosa, , all 3 meals : ferromax 200 , naxorin . And nexotil 1/2 tablet at night. How much gap should be there in naxorin and nexotil

I think iam in depression as after result i didn't get selected so after result the 2months were very difficult from i could not sleep, i use to cry everyday . I thought things will get better with time but it got worse again i am preparing for neet but i can't study bcz my brain froze everytime and i am scared of meeting ppl, and i have made a very solid opinion about my self that I can't do anything bcz i am looser and i made myself believe that i can't finish even i very simple task i can't focus on anything whenever i open book i go in different World and i feel scared to study so i don't bcz of failure i want to study and help myself but i amnot able to help myself sometimes i get think the one who suicide are not that wrong. I think very negative of myself. I was prescribed toficalm 50 and lopez 2 mg for 1 month later on tapering process continued for 3 months presently my doctor prescribed lopez 1 mg for 3 months can tapering of lopez be done with using toficalm at lower dose and using Lopez 0.5 mg because when I started tapering lopez it started rebounds.
