Kidney Problems

Burning feeling while urination and blood clot comes out sometime. Small Rashes also comes out in the starting of urination .

Visited qynae for lower abdomen pain who suspected UTI and gave URIKIND and asked for abdominal scan and urine culture. Abdominal scan was normal. Urine Culture was found with Klebsiella pneumonia. Doctor prescribed Amikacin injection and Ciproflaxavin for 5 days. Culture was repeated again and K. Pneumonia was found again. Took a course of Nitrodlurantein for 15 days. Completed the course. Few days after completion of course, Lower abdomen pain and pelvic pain is coming back. Given culture and waiting for results again. What course of action to take?

I have blood in urine and low urine output .. * Bilateral renal calculi average size 3-4mm * 4mm stone in VUJ causing mild hydroureteronephrosis *Cystitis

During my cystoscope on 30.08.23 in Bulbar urethra :- Badly unhealthy mucosa with passable stricture above findings are noted using 20F cystoscope. And doctor told me that 20F cystoscope is passed through the stricture so it will remain in same stage 1 or it will heal back to normal coz due to impacted stone in urethra. Is it ok or tell me a second opinion about this?

I feel so much burning pain after urinating and need to go frequently. I keep feeling urge and also it's creating discomfort. Which medicine should I take to cure it?

ULTRASOUNDWHOLE ABDOMEN The Liver is enlarged in size measuring 175cm and smooth in outline. It shows a uniform echopattern. The intrahepatic biliary passages are not dilated. The portal vein is nonmal in calibre. The Gall Bladder is normal in size, has normal wall thickness with evidence of non mobile echogenic focus causing streak artefact measuring 5.9mm noted along the anterior wall of GB. The CBD is normal. The Pancreas is normal in size and echogenicity. Its outlines are distinct. No obvious focal lesion, calcification or ductal dilatation is seen.
