Kidney Problems

Last five months iam having pain in the right side of the kidney consitently. I don't know the reason. But if I don't drink enough water it always stays even for a day . Then it went subsides . Do you think it is because of not drinking enough water

I am not been able to understand for last 2 months have to pee at night time which never happened before...and post that so not get sleep again ...I stop drinking past 6pm even than for some reason gets urge to pee..is it UTI issue?

I am 28 year old male. I am having a feeling that I feel cold..It's like even though I wear cloth from inside I feel my body getting cold.last night started shivering and shivered for sometime.
