Sudden back pain , cramps and feeling of peeing continuously. Is it UTI or something severe like bladder cancer?

Hi so on Monday I experienced this continuous lower back pain along with lower abdomen pain and since the last two days I have this constant urge of peeing but when I go to the washroom very less urine comes out.
