Kidney Problems

Good evening. My mother aged 63 is a CKD patient. Diabetic. Was admitted in the hospital as she was not passing motions and leading to bloating. Her creatinine level is 4.5 and blood urea 66. Electrolyte are normal range. I have attached a CT scan report. Is DJ stenting necessary at this stage. Can it lead to kidney failure. Thank you

Hi sir i was getting bp on sudden i checked with md phycian ent neurology did ct brain n EEG both r normal cardiologist did ecg echo both r normal blood test CBC serum electrolytes Serum sodium 139.0mEq/L Serum potassium 4.6 mEq/L Serum chloride 102.0mEq/L I don't have vertigo ent ruled out What could be the cause of low bp One more thing since months i am skipping breakfast and lunch Plz help me out

My eGFR level before 1 yr was 170. Now it is 120. Please advice. I am not able to understand how it is decreased this much.

Greetings Doctor My father was diagnosed with Acute ischemic brain stroke on 31/08/23 and was discharged on 5/09/23. After a month (i.e 15 days prior to today) he was diagnosed with UTI. He had a fever for two days and had difficulty in urinating, Upon Consuming the Medicines prescribed by a physician the fever was gone within two days and also the flow, frequency of the urine showed improvement by 70%, but since then it has been stagnant at 70% for 10-12 days, On approaching the Doctor regarding this he Changed some Medicines and advised for Ultrasound with PVR, The reports have come now . My uric acid is low it's any kidney problem or not thanks in advance

My uric acid is 7.44 do i need medication. do i need medication, is reducing uric acid naturally possible?

All test normal morning time only urine in foam with ammonia smell it's normal but all test showing normal

USG KUB -PVR reads as below: "1.periumblical and RIF probe tenderness with mesentric lymph nodes and prominent bowel loops" - needs follow up 2.Bilateral renal few mid pole region concretions noted" (Both kidneys normal in size, shape and location. Corticomedullary, differentiation well maintained) 3. Mildly increases prominence of bilateral inguinal regions on cough noted needs follow up 4. Urinary bladder: well distended and shows echo free lumen. No capculus/diverticulam. Wall thickness normal Prevoid: 275.0 cc, post void: 23.0 cc 5. Prostate: Mildly bulky and altered in echo texture measuring 27.0 cc - kindly correlate with PVR - Is CT SCAN required for further study especially for mesentric lymphnodes under point No.1 or not plz advise
