Dear sir I am diabetic and bp patient recently I checked following test attached file. Ferritin 6.20 urine aluminium ration 13 lipid profile ok and hba1c 6.4. currently 8 am taking volix m 0.3 three times, zalra m 2 times , depamac m 10 one time and Ecosprin av 75 night. I visited the doctor who asked for these test and given diamicron xt 30/500 at night and empaone sm contains metformin 1000 stigliptin 100 and empagliflozin 10 in morning. So I request to kindly guide should I take previous medicine or the current which doctor suggested. Thanks and looking for you quick response

I am type 2 diabetic. Taking insulin 75 unit. Have gas and constipation problem. I am aged 61. Having diabetic for morenthan 25 years.

My TSH levels decreased from 2.5 to 0.17 With 100 mcg dosage as am not feeling gud Does the dose need to be adjusted I mean reduced Pls suggest

I am feeling tightness of left temple, eye, and neck muscle, dizzy when hungry (before I eat).  Now a days feeling mild headache, heavy eyes after eating rice, idli etc. and feeling dull upto 2 hours. I mean before eating and after eating I feel cloudy and unable to concentrate on anything. My blood sugar in the fasting 5.1mM, after eating 7.5mM, and after 3 hours 4.1mM. Is it only a sugar level issue or any other test need to be done? Please suggest. I visited many doctors but it was not clear. For muscle tightness and cloudy, headaches - please suggest

My brother has diabetic since 9 years his  hba1c now is 6.5 he is taking glycomet sr 500 once in the morning and olmy 20 for bp no need to change medication one doc prescribed sitacip m 50/500 do we need change medication or not and  one more question if one day if he took  sitacip m 50/500 by mistake the next day changed to glycomet will have any side effects or sugar fluctuation will be there thankyou

Around September 2025, I weighed 92 kg, but despite consistent gym training (primarily strength training), my weight has increased slightly. My estimated body fat is around 32–34%. Hi sir,I underwent distal pancreatectomy ,spleen removal.i was given given insulin shots3 times a day and bedtime also.total 4 times..how many days still i need to take insulin shots? As I was having net tumor,part of pancreas was removed.i am taking pain killers also.now after taking insulin doses glucose levels are normal .. how many days still i need to take insulin shots ? If insulin is stopped,how can i maintain normal sugar range please answer
