My free t4 is coming 0.90 or 0.85 always and tsh always 1 or 1.2 or 1.4 or 0.88 but my bmr is only 900 kcal I gain 1 kg bw in 2 days not any other symptoms like cold intolerance but very much easy weight gain can u help in diagnosing

I was on taujio insulin 10 unit at night and reclimet one in morning but after blood test my c peptide was very good in fasting and pp so doctor stopped insulin and started glicliazide 80 in morning with onderomet 2.5 /500 bd and voglibose .2 in morning and glicliazide 40 in evening but I applied CGM which's shows that after morning breakfast pp sugar is 200 to 260 but fasting is 140 to 150 I am helpless consulted another doctor who is telling you shift to insulin which I don not want I am underweight 58 kg male 5ft 6 inch professional work for 14 hrs always stressed please advice

I am attaching a pic. These rashes have been there across different areas on the body like in the groin area underarms, stomach and chest. It's not healing since 28 days. Both the doctos I,e dermatologist and homeapthy doctor said it's tinea corporis/ Ringworm.  Also it has not spread to my partner. I just want to know what exactly it is ? Tinea corporis? Eczema or psoriasis or any other rash. Is it a sign of diabetes or an early symptom of HIV.

In Her previous test 8week  ago fasting 95 Pp 119 Hba1c 6.5 Then planed for pregnancy Now pregnent 6 weeks Now Fasting 101 Pp 148 Hba1c 5.6 She takes metformin 1g BD And follow diet plan ... 1 day before same meal taken reading was 103 on accu check machine.. Iam so confused.. help

For last five years, my fasting around 140, post meal around 180, HbA1c around 5.0. Recently fruct value was 309. It seems my HbA1c doesn't reflect real diabetic condition, but fruct value does. Taking metformine 500 after bf. Please give suggestions.
