Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctors ,After consuming chicken last night, I observed an elevated cholesterol level, particularly Triglycerides (TGL) reaching 280 to 300. However, when I refrain from consuming non-vegetarian food and undergo a test the following morning, my cholesterol level consistently measures 150 to 160. I have verified this on three occasions. I would appreciate your professional opinion, Doctor. Is this scenario possible, and do you recommend taking medication for this?.

Hello I have anxiety and gastric and acidity problem but sometimes I feel heart Palpitations and feel like I will fell down and but sometimes this problem is for one or two hours or sometimes it will be down in sometime or in some minutes 2 I don't drink or smoke and don't eat fast food and spicy food,I eat less this items 3 I drink nariyal Pani and take beetroot juice daily and fruits also in Evening 4 in my family no one has heart problem in past So tell me I have to visit a heart specialist or psychiatric doctor for my treatment

I was having panic attack just now and did ECG. Please doctor check whether it is normal. I have also done 2d Echo and Holter last month which are normal.

I had visited doctor for regular check up and he did ECG which came with lot of findings the doctor said the machine gives inaccurate findings and the ECG is absolutely normal.kindly guide

Hi dr, I did my complete health check. Most of parameters are normal or mild elevated But i am seeing something wrong in lipid profile My triglycerides is ver high. Is this worry point?? Should i start medicine now. I walk 10k steps everyweek in order to maintain good health. I have reduced my outside food instake. Taking non veg but mostly indian cooked style.. My sugar month is 6.9 My  weight is 94kg approx age 34. I am on anxities tablet due to my hypochondriac health anxities. I havs given my complete details. Please suggest once.
