Has bypass done on 2021, on medication for diabetes and rosuva gold and prolomet xl. During regular check ups ECG findings show t wave abnormalities. This time it says poor r wave progression. Anterolateral st t abnormalities No physical symptoms. Is this of concern?

My grandfather has been suffering from AF since 5 years and recently his creatinine was also increased so much..along with increase in fluid that caused him edema and he was also unable to breath well before 3 days..so was hospitalized for the same..Still there's not much improvement seen in his overall condition and he's having alot of uneasiness along with dizziness anytime.
