10 months ago cat scratches me then I done rav  4 doses and rig .and 25 days back again cat scratched me and cat died .I took rig and rav 3 doses again . My father is a bp patient and has a pacemaker installed as well. he takes telvas 40 twice a day for bp. checked his bp tonight at around 8:30PM and it was 114/64 and at around 10PM it was again 120/63. Should he take his evening dose of telvas on a low bp or avoid it?
