Telvas 40 on a bp reading of 118/63
My father is a bp patient and has a pacemaker installed as well. he takes telvas 40 twice a day for bp. checked his bp tonight at around 8:30PM and it was 114/64 and at around 10PM it was again 120/63. Should he take his evening dose of telvas on a low bp or avoid it?

Hi he should continue twice daily dose . Keep checking the morning and eve BP and note it down . If the evening BP is less than 110 systolic then evening dose can be skipped
