My husband is 45 years old , normal blood pressure n blood sugar, he did his annual medical tests yesterday, have attached his lipid profile test report, plz do guide us if he needs to start cholesterol medication

In the 2d echo report of my mother , it was identified as severe LV systolic distinction. What is the severity? And also please suggest the treatment. Is there any surgical procedure required?

Is it possible? i am thinking about getting a bike to take my mom at her office as she has gotten old and has walking issues. also for just in case if i or my parents need to go somewhere at night asap due to health family or any reasons. we can't wait for a cab then. i am worried because i am getting treated for brugada syndrome with bisoprolol for almost a year nothing for now except the pattern showing up at really high heart rate in a stress test and issues with sports in my childhood was used as one of the criterias for the diagnosis. However, i am starting to be more active and at this point i have just started to get used to all of this atleast for now. I also have ocd which is being treated and i have been working on it its not as bothersome as it was most of my childhood. they stopped the treatment for ocd and want me to work on myself a bit without meds. so, is there anyway i will get an approval for a two wheeler with a condition like this?

I had a routine blood check up. The following parameters are elevated. Kindly tell me is it abnormal and what may be the solutions. Apolipoprotein b/A1 ratio 1.29, Hs-CRP 9.28(past two years elevated), homocysteine 18.6, cortisol 25.5, IGE 150, and Free T3 is 1.69. High abnormalities in lipid profile. Kindly advise
