My mother experienced chest pain done the ECG in the report found LVH and sinus bradycardia . Please explain is this sever also she is taking bp tablets for high bp from past 4yrs . Any further treatment or medication can be taken?

If a heart attack or stroke comes , which hospital to go to? . 1)Nearby emergency care (nowadays every hospital claims they have emergency care)for emergency treatment and then transfer to true mutli speciality big hospital  or 2) direct big hospital with surgery and critical care facilities but distance 12 km.? Need advice.

My father (age 64) was having high fever , shivering, body pain and sever weakness from 4 days. When we went to hospital Dr admitted in ICU. He is diabetic. One shows left atrial enlargement, another shows today normal, AGIAN another next few mins shows PTFV1 as I consulted cardiologist vibhav in practo told normal.
