Hello I just want to know about some tablets As my parents is now 50 plus ,and as a precautionary i just wamt to know which tablet out of ( Asprin, sorbitrate or nitroglycerin) is good to keep at home as a emergency purpose, in case od heart pain or discomfort, please suggest me .

I am having mild chest pain for past one month. But no shortness of breath or radiating to shoulders. A cardiologist nearby took ecg, tropinin, echo and found that all are normal and it could be a muscle spasm and have muscle relaxant and pain killer. But every morning when i gotup this pain starts. I go to walking and i dont find any discomfort too. This is highly disturbing. Attaching my echo report. Please tell me what could be the issue.

Hi, from last one month suddenly my heart rate increased, I don't smoke or drink and I don't have any pressure situations as well, My heart rate increasing when i am sleeping and i can clearly hear my heart rate.. does this indicate any problems?
