Can a doc plz guide for how many days can I put the cream Sitcom LD cream for hematoma ? Also how many times a day can I put it ?

I had a LIS surgery for anal fissure two weeks ago.But now I am experiencing mild anal spasm and itching, sometimes feels like constipated but not too heavy.Kinldy suggest me if these are normal after fissure surgery.

I recently(1 month ago) have swollen lymph nodes below my jaw (sub mandibular) but it disappears by taking antibiotics but remains with small size comparatively. Now after a while I observe swelling of supratrochlear lymph nodes which is movable and not painful. What is the cause now ?

Having some pimple like boil on tailbone which is paining..not sure if it is pilonidal cyst having it for first time.please recomend Medicine.

A few days back I noticed a small lump under my skin near a vein that is usually not visible but when I keep the hand in certain positions it becomes visible. Its a bit bluish and I can move the skin above it also when I rub my fingers over it back and forth it seems to move. What could it be?

My mother met an accident, she had 4 stitches on head 4 days ago, her prescribed dose is completed today, but she is feeling nausea. Her prescribed dose is Pan 40 Pantoprazole gastro resistant tablet IP, Enzoflam, Clavam625. Dose is completed. She is eating properly with good amount of water, But she is feeling dizzy now, do you suggest to continue the dose!?

My bother has lump or acne like thing on his back i really dont know what is it. Shown to doctor he prescribed medicine it was gone but  it came back again. This squishy soft can someone plz tell me what is it. Bit tensed what is the treatment for this. Picture attached

Two weeks back I noticed a small lump in my forearm under the skin beside a vein. Its not always visible neither palpable. However if I keep the hand in a specific position it pops up and palpable. It can be pressed downward and the skin above it can be moved, also when I move the finger above the lump it seems to move (though I'm not quite sure). Sometimes it appears a bit bluish but otherwise it seems normal. No pain. Is it deeply fixed? Is it something serious? Please do reply. I'm scared. Here's the pic attached.

Episiotomy wound not healed after 5 years a small gap like pin point gap sometimes The blood will only go when pressing if any chance to cancerous why the wound is not healing properly consulted 5 more doctors everyone tells there is no problem with it but I really tensed any chance to cancer?? How can the problem solved ?? Now the wound looks like a dot. I think it's a deep wound after delivery so it's not healed properly

6 months ago I did whole abdomen USG where it detect hypoechoic cyst 8x7mm on right lobe of liver and hepatic hemangioma. But after 6 months follow up it shows only grade 1 hepatic steatosis. Else everything is same with the previous report except liver one. I did USG in 8 hour fasting.
