Lump in forearm
Two weeks back I noticed a small lump in my forearm under the skin beside a vein. Its not always visible neither palpable. However if I keep the hand in a specific position it pops up and palpable. It can be pressed downward and the skin above it can be moved, also when I move the finger above the lump it seems to move (though I'm not quite sure). Sometimes it appears a bit bluish but otherwise it seems normal. No pain. Is it deeply fixed? Is it something serious? Please do reply. I'm scared. Here's the pic attached.

Thanks for sharing those details. The fact that the swelling is small, movable, and the skin is pinchable is helpful and suggests that it may be something mild and non-cancerous. However, to confirm the diagnosis and rule out anything else, a proper clinical examination by a surgeon is essential. Since it’s not causing any symptoms, there’s no urgent concern, but I’d still recommend seeing a surgeon for evaluation and further guidance.
