Since she’s feeling dizzy and nauseous a few days after the accident, it’s important to understand the full picture before coming to any conclusion. We need to know if she had any fainting, vomiting, fits, or if there was any bleeding from the nose, mouth, or ears at the time of the injury. It’s also important to know if she has high blood pressure or is on any blood-thinning medication.
Was CT Scan done?.
Next Steps
I’d recommend consulting a surgeon or a neurosurgeon for a proper check-up and further guidance.
Health Tips
Watch for loss of consciousness, vomiting, fits.

Hi
Need in detail history , how accident happened? Did she lose consciousness at the time of accident , any history of nause and vomitings do she have any comorbidities like Hypertension, diabetes, etc
How is the Blood pressure right now ?
Continue the course for atleast 5- 7 days
How was the CT brain at the time of accident
The antibiotics for 4 days is enough, so u don’t need antibiotics, enzoflam and Pantop won’t cause nausea. Since she had got hurt on the head and she’s feeling nauseous, always better to do a ct scan of head to rule out any underlying injury
Hello,
Is there loss of consciousness and persistent vomiting? Since the accident? Was NCCT head done? If not better to get a NCCT done if vomiting persists
