I was diagnosed with small sliding hiatal hernia and Gerd by gastro with extra manifestations -LPR as i had chronic cough and would vomit mucus n food. Upper GI , throat scope , barium swallow done . I was put in omeprazole 40 mg a day and then on cocktail of 20 mg Omperazole n 20 mg famotidine. I have made all lifestyle changes but my symptoms dont subside. I still get chronic cough. I lost 15 kgs of wt. i am not sure what to do now .

I want to ask is this piles because i am feeling uncomfortable since three days as if something is stuck in my anus and also here is little bit of swelling

I was recently hospitalised because i arrived in emergency with extreme abdominal pain. They did both USG and Endoscopy and both report came out totally normal. Some things were abnormal in my LFT (attached the file). writing some of the the haematology abnormalities here since i can't attach the file. The ESR 1st Hr is high-normal at 42 mm/1st hr (reference 36 - 46 mm/1st hr) My white blood cell differential shows an immune response pattern: Neutrophils are significantly elevated at 82% (reference 45 - 75%), and Lymphocytes are decreased at 12% (reference 25 - 45%). The Total WBC count is at the high end of normal, at 10920 /cumm (reference 4000 - 11000 /cumm). What is the underlying diagnosis for the combination of: chronic acid reflux,vomiting,extreme abdominal pain, significantly high inflammatory markers (CRP/Neutrophils), and highly deranged liver enzymes (AST/GGT), especially when the USG and Endoscopy were completely NORMAL?

My mom age 48 diabetic had a normal lab checkup in may  was mild anemic 11.1 and increase in bilurubin levels 1.78 direct0.4 indirect 1.04ggt 59.2 so again in October we repeated so it was almost same total bilurubin 1.57 direct0.8 ggt 58 all normal so wt can be the cause she is on statins and thyroxine, glimipride she doesn't have like yellow eyes usg shows grade 1fatty liver mild splenomegaly wt can be the cause can pls guide doc

Had lot of blood with diarrhoea today, before that i had mild constipation for many days, and already pain in anus while passing constipated stool. Today with pain and burning lot of blood. Is it seriousl or normal? (Picture attached)

Rectal polyp was completely removed and biospy report shows the impression “ Tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia”. Any further treatment required on this case ?

Hi doctor, I have taken 15 bandy plus tablets and many antibiotics in 3 months, I am having extreme weakness and anxiety, and diarrhea sometimes I have taken probiotics too but still have weakness and anxiety how many days do this side effects takes to solve and what I do now please help

Sir Due to heavy work pressure I am unable to take meal in time.As result I am facing Haemorrhoids. After medication the severity of Haemorrhoids reduced. Now I have seen blood in stool. Kindly suggest me procedure
